All applicants will be interviewed in person and will be required to submit at least one personal reference and one financial reference. We will then advise you on current rental value, prepare all particulars and handle all marketing aspects.
All relevant lease documentation will be prepared and a short assured tenancy for a minimum of six months will be put in place. During the tenancy we will deal with rent collection, repairs and all aspects of the continuing tenancy.
